Recommended Use:

Dissolve two teaspoons into an 8 oz. glass of water or your favorite juice. Do not mix with hot liquids since heat will neutralize active enzymes. Recommended once or twice daily on an empty stomach (20 minutes before a meal). Keep tightly closed after opening and store in a cool, dry place.
